Emergency Removal System: Our emergency removal system allows emergency personnel to remove the cheek pads inside the helmet. This provides more room to remove the helmet while minimizing head and neck movement after a crash. It is best to have another person hold the helmet to prevent it from moving while you remove the pads. Slide your finger under the red tape and gently pull to release the pads. Slide the pads through the straps and pull until they are off the helmet.
