The Stella SMX Air Jacket features a main chassis constructed with mesh on the abdomen, back and inner arms of the rider, combined with 450D polyester reinforcements on the outer arms and shoulders. The Stella SMX Air also incorporates perforated 450D polyester on the upper chest for excellent levels of airflow during hot summer riding months. A polyamide stretch material has been incorporated on the rider’s back, shoulders and hips, with a high density stretch material on the upper back. The stretch material offers an adaptive fit and a high level of freedom of movement, as well as offering the perfect expansion capability for use with the Tech-Air® 5 airbag system. As the Stella SMX Air Jacket has been designed to offer high quality ventilation, the jacket also features a detachable wind liner to reduce airflow when not needed, offering optimum climate comfort and versatility. External DFS Lite shoulder sliders combined with Nucleon Flex Plus CE Level 1 armor at the shoulders, elbows and forearms together provide impact protection for the Stella SMX Air Jacket, resulting in an overall CE Level A certified jacket.
